During the tour you'll explore the intricate process behind the production of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, from the raw milk to the aging process. The museum also highlights the history of tractors, showing the agricultural innovations that have shaped the region. 

After the guided tour, you’ll indulge in a tasting of three different aging stages of Parmigiano Reggiano, each offering a unique flavor profile. Paired with marmalade, Parmigiano cream sauce, and a glass of red wine, this tasting is a true sensory experience. 

• Traditional lunch in Parma

Following this delightful experience, you’ll have free time to explore the beautiful city of Parma. Stroll through its picturesque streets, admire the Renaissance architecture, and take in the atmosphere of this culinary gem. When hunger strikes, you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch (included) in one of Parma’s charming trattorias, where you can savor local specialties such as tortelli (filled traditional pasta) or prosciutto di Parma (cooked ham), all paired with excellent wine. 

• Final destination, La Spezia 

In the early afternoon, resume your journey towards La Spezia, the gateway to the Cinque Terre one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
