Your unforgettable day begins in Milan, the bustling fashion capital of Italy, before heading south to the charming region of Parma, renowned for its rich culinary heritage.

After two hours, you’ll arrive at Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy Farm, where you’ll experience firsthand the centuries-old art of making one of Italy's most beloved cheeses.

As you tour the dairy factory, you'll explore the intricate process behind the production of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, from the raw milk to the aging process. The museum also highlights the history of tractors, showing the agricultural innovations that have shaped the region. 

After the guided tour, you’ll indulge in a tasting of three different aging stages of Parmigiano Reggiano, each offering a unique flavor profile. Paired with marmalade, Parmigiano cream sauce, and a glass of red wine, this tasting is a true experience for your senses. 

• Traditional lunch in Parma

Following this delightful experience, you’ll have free time to explore the beautiful city of Parma. Stroll through its picturesque streets, admire the Renaissance architecture, and take in the atmosphere of this culinary gem. When hunger strikes, you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch (included) in one of Parma’s charming trattorias, where you can savor local specialties such as tortelli (filled traditional pasta) or prosciutto di Parma (cooked ham), all paired with excellent wine. 

• Final destination, Milan

In the late afternoon you will arrive in Milan, final destination of your tour.
