DAY 1
Pasta making class and lunch in Bologna
Join a cooking class to learn how to make Tagliatelle or Ravioli from scratch. Freshly made pasta will no longer have secrets for you after this experience!
You will then have lunch with what your creations, combined with other traditional delicacies.

in the afternoon you can start to get to know the city known for its vibrant food culture and medieval charm with its tortellini with prosciutto filling and porticos that surround the main square.
Overnight in Bologna

During your stay in Bologna you have one activity of your choice (at time of booking) included in your Hoop on tour, which we have carefully selected for you with our local partners:
- A walking tour of Bologna, with a local tour guide that will tell you all the stories and anedoctes of the city of tortellini and porticos. They will take you to all iconic landmarks, as well as through the unknown corners, to explore the city like the locals do!
- A walking tour with included entrance to one of the towers, as well as giving you and in depth tour of the city, your local tour guide will also take you to see the city view and skyline from one of the famous towers of Bologna.
- Traditional Lunch: A traditional lunch in Bologna is a rich, flavorful journey through Italy’s culinary heart—think silky tagliatelle al ragù (the original Bolognese), hand-rolled tortellini in brodo, and generous slices of mortadella. Pair it with a glass of local red wine and finish with a creamy zuppa inglese for dessert, and you've tasted the soul of Emilia-Romagna on a single table.

In the late afternoon you will return to Florence, the city of Renaissance.
