Description

Have lunch in Parma tasting the local specialities like torta fritta or prosciutto crudo di Parma before arriving in La Spezia in the late afternoon.
The next day is dedicated to the sea and the sun by making a day boatrip along the Riviera to explore the Cinque Terre by the cristal-clear water.
The third day have some free time in the morning and get to know more by choosing one of the local activites provided (see below) before departing towards Florence in the late afternoon.

DAY 1
Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy Farm
In the morning you will go to Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy factory and farm.
this is the perfect place to discover the art of cheese making process of this renowned cheese.
Then you will have a guided tour of the Tractor Museum that shows the argricultural progress and innovations with the implementation of technology.
After you will have the possibility to taste this Parmigiano Reggiano cheese combined with local marmelade and red wine.
Traditional Lunch in Parma
Here you will have free time to explore the city and to have lunch in one of Parma local trattorias, savouring the local dishes like Tortellini pasta, Prosciutto di Parma and Torta fritta (particular fried doe) all combined with local wine.
La Spezia
For the rest of the afternoon you will have some free time to explore La Spezia.

DAY 2
Boat Tour in Cinque Terre
