You board on our coach in foodie Parma, a city renowned for some world famous delicacies, such as Parma ham (prosciutto) and parmesan cheese.
From here you’ll venture to an Acetaia, a traditional balsamic vinegar estate, where you’ll learn all about the art of creating the world-renowned Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Here, you’ll experience the rich history and intricate process behind this beloved Italian condiment.
