Travel with our confortable luxury coach from Verona and discover the real flavours of Italy through the birthplace of authentic Prosciutto and Balsamic vinegar.

You will travel through Langhirano, Parma and Modena to discover all about these fantastic locally sourced products.

Visit the Prosciutto Museum, enjoy a delicious local lunch and even a tour of an Acetaia in Modena.

In the afternoon you will make a quick stop in Bologna before arriving in Florence.

The next day you will explore Florence by having some free time and choosing one of the local activites we provide (see below). 

The third day travel to Bologna, the city of freshly made pasta, tortellini and lasagna, where you can continue your culinary experience by taking part in a pasta making cooking class

In the afternoon you will reach Mantova where you will have time to explore the town or go shopping

You will reach Verona, your final destination in the late evening.

DAY 1

 

Prosciutto of Langhirano

Once arrived in Langhirano, you will visit the Langhirano Prosciutto Museum, diving into the history of this iconic delicacy, learning about the time-honored production methods that make Parma’s prosciutto world-famous.

With your entrance ticket included, you’ll experience a guided tour that unveils the secrets behind this deliciously cured ham, followed by a savory tasting of some of the finest prosciutto in the region. The rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor will leave you wanting more.

 

Traditional lunch in Parma 

You'll visit Parma, the heart of Italy’s gastronomic tradition. In Parma, you’ll have free time to explore the city at your own pace. It's a city that embodies the essence of Italian culture, and it will charm you with its stunning architecture, lively piazzas, and vibrant atmosphere. When hunger strikes, a traditional lunch awaits you at a local restaurant, where you’ll indulge in Parma’s finest dishes, such as tortelli d’erbetta or a delicious tasting of local parmesan cheese, perfectly paired with a glass of local wine

 

Balsamic vinegar in Modena 

Next, you’ll venture to an Acetaia, a traditional balsamic vinegar estate, where you’ll learn the art of creating the world-renowned Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Here, you’ll experience the rich history and intricate process behind this beloved Italian condiment. With a guided tour through the cellars, you’ll discover the aging process that gives balsamic vinegar its unparalleled depth of flavor, followed by a tasting that will open your senses to its complex, sweet, and tangy notes. The city of Florence

Explore the Renaissance city at your own pace by visiting the main attractions and iconic buildings.

For your stay in Florence, we have carefully selected some local activities (one of which is included). Choose the one you prefer at time of booking, among these varied experiences:

DAY 3

 

Bologna, the foodie capital

In the morning you can start to get to know the city known for its vibrant food culture and medieval charm with its tortellini with prosciutto filling and porticos that surround the main square.

 

Pasta making class and lunch in Bologna

You will then join a cooking class to learn how to make Tagliatelle or Ravioli from scratch. Freshly made pasta will no longer have secrets for you after this experience!

You will then have lunch with what your creations, combined with other traditional delicacies.  

 

The city of Mantova

In the afternoon, you will join a visit of Ducale Palace in Mantova, or alterantively a shopping experience (make sure you select your preferred option at time of booking):

  • City Center

In the afternoon, you will have the opportuinity to visit the city of Mantova

The entrace to Ducale Palace is included in your pass, with the world famous Camera degli Sposi fresco (bride and groom room) by Mantegna. We also provide you with an audio guide, to learn all about this art masterpieces and the history of the palace.

You will then have some time to stroll around and discover the other landmarks of the city, such as San Giorgio Castle, Delle Erbe Square and the spectacular Lake di Mezzo.

  • Shopping Outlet

If you find fashion & shopping more enticing, you can instead spend time at the Mantova Village Outlet, with high-end boutiques that offer bargains at discounted prices. This is an opportunity to take with you a souvenir from Italy, or purchase some gifts from your loved ones.

 

 

Final destination, Verona

You will arrive at Verona, the city of love as your final destination. 

Here, you have the opportunity to stay in one of our partnered 4*hotels, carefully sourced by us to ensure that all your needs and requirements are met.
