You will have a guided tour of the Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy Farm, where you will discover how raw milk becomes cheese, the production and aging process of this beloved italian delicacy.
Next to the dairy farm there is the tractor museum that shows the agricultural technological innovation during the years.
There will be creamy parmesan cream pared with jam and red wine tasting to have a full experience of the italian hospitaliy and flavours.
Before arriving at your final destination in Florence, you will make a quick stop in Parma to stretch your legs and in La Spezia to breath the salty air.
