Depart from Milan to discover the Emilian flavours with a tastig experiance of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in it's homonymous dairy factory. 

Have lunch in Parma tasting the local specialities like torta fritta or prosciutto crudo di Parma before arriving in La Spezia in the late afternoon. 

The next day is dedicated to the sea and the sun in Cinque Terre by having some free time and choosing one of the local activites that we provide (see below). 

The third day will be also dedicated to the sun and the sand before departing towards Florence in the late afternoon. 

DAY 1  

Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy Farm

In the morning you will go to Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy factory and farm. 

this is the perfect place to discover the art of cheese making process of this renowned cheese. 

Then you will have a guided tour of the Tractor Museum that shows the argricultural progress and innovations with the implementation of technology. 

After you will have the possibility to taste this Parmigiano Reggiano cheese combined with local marmelade and red wine. 

Traditional Lunch in Parma 

Here you will have free time to explore the city and to have lunch in one of Parma local trattorias, savouring the local dishes like Tortellini pasta, Prosciutto di Parma and Torta fritta (particular fried doe) all combined with local wine. 

La Spezia 

For the rest of the afternoon you will have some free time to explore La Spezia.

Nestled between the sparkling Ligurian Sea and rolling hills, La Spezia is a charming coastal town that blends Italian authenticity with postcard-perfect views. It's the perfect gateway to the Cinque Terre, yet offers its own treasures—lush gardens, colorful promenades, and a vibrant harbor lined with trattorias where you can savor fresh seafood with a sea breeze at your back.

DAY 2   

La Spezia and Cinque Terre

Today, La Spezia becomes our perfect base to visit the Cinque Terre (which means 5 Lands). Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore are five enchanting villages clinging to the cliffs above the Ligurian Sea, each bursting with color, charm, and character. Picture pastel houses tumbling down hillsides, narrow cobbled streets, terraced vineyards, and breathtaking coastal trails with sea views at every turn. 

Boat Tour in Cinque Terre

Glide across the crystal-clear Ligurian Sea, and enjoy the salty breezy while the boat gently carries you along the stunning coastline of the Cinque Terre. From the water, you'll see the five villages like jewels nestled into the cliffs—each one more breathtaking than the last, with their pastel facades and dramatic landscapes.

Along the way, you can stop to swim in hidden coves, snap postcard-perfect photos, and even enjoy a glass of chilled local wine on deck.
