Travel with us from Florence towards Perugia, where you will find out how the chocolate of Perugia is made and it's famous Bacio Perugina in the Museum of Chocolate. In the afternoon you will transfer to the city of art and spirituality in Assisi, visiting St. Francis Basilica where one of Giotto's most famous fresco is located.

Around the late evening you will arrive in Rome where you will spend the night. 

The next day you will be able to use Roma's hop on-hop off bus to visit the city at your own peace and you will have the choice of one of the local activities that we provide (see below), here you will spend the second night. 

The day after you will hop-on on our coach and arrive in Orvieto where you will see the Duomo. After you will move to Pienza to taste Pecorino cheese. 

In the afternoon you will stop at Castello Banfi where you will taste Brunello di Montalcino wine. 

Later tha afternoon you will head back to Florence arriving at approximately dinner time. 

DAY 1

Savour Perugia's chocolate 

Depart from Florence heading to Perugia, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the Perugia Chocolate Museum. Learn about Umbria’s rich chocolate-making history and indulge in a delicious tasting of artisanal chocolate.

Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore Perugia and its picturesque historic medieval center.

Visit the spiritual and art city of Assisi

In the afternoon you will arrive in Assisi, here you’ll visit the spectacular Basilica of St. Francis, one of Italy’s most important pilgrimage sites and home to one of Giotto's spectacular frescos.

After the visit, enjoy free time to explore the historic center and soak-in the tranquil atmosphere of this town. 

Overnight in Rome

In the late afternoon you will board our coach once again and arrive in Rome in the late evening. 

Here, you will stay at one of our 4* hotels that we have selected on your preferences.

DAY 2 

The city of Rome and Hop on/off Bus

The daily ticket for the hop on-hop off bus allows you to visit the city at your own pace hoping on and off the bus wherever and whenever you want and and enjoy some free time.

The city of Orvieto

The charming hilltop town, nestled in the heart of Umbria, Orvieto is a place where history and beauty meet. You’ll have free time to wander through its winding streets, soaking in the medieval atmosphere. Don’t miss the breathtaking Orvieto Cathedral, with it's stunning façade. A ticket to this architectural masterpiece is included, allowing you to explore its grand interior and at the detailed frescoes and intricate artworks.  

Try the Percorino cheese in Pienza

After discovering the treasures of Orvieto, your journey continues to Pienza, a picture-perfect town in Tuscany known for its Renaissance architecture and stunning views of the countryside. Upon arrival, indulge your senses with a delightful cheese tasting featuring Pienza's famous pecorino.
